Celebrate Research 2024
Celebrate Research is our annual flagship event. It brings together investigators, research staff, students, clinical staff, medical learners, local partners, and community members, giving us the opportunity to recognize the achievements of our colleagues and research programs. It’s a great place to network and connect with healthcare organizations and life science innovators in Hamilton, and to congratulate the winners of the annual Research Institute Awards Program.
We hosted the 11th annual Celebrate Research event on November 7, 2024 at St. Joe’s Charlton campus during Learning Pillar Week.

Learning Pillar Week 2024
Together with St. Joe’s Department of Education & Learning, we hosted the third annual Learning Pillar Week from November 4 to 8, 2024.
The Learning Pillar is one of four pillars of St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton’s 5-year strategic plan that launched in 2019 and encompasses education and research.
Learning Pillar Week 2024 featured more than 25 events, workshops, and seminars that provided opportunities for learning, networking, and partnerships, in addition to celebrating our staff, researchers, and learners across the St. Joe’s community.

The Research Institute of St. Joe’s is proud to offer a range of events to our researchers, staff, and the St. Joe’s community that focus on celebrating achievements, awareness, training, continuing education, appreciation, and relationship building. We host a mix of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events in order to maximize the accessibility of our event offerings.
